Operation of a notification

NOTIFICATION TRANSMISSION
Through OMNIalert’s WEB interface, a mobile phone or a tablet, an authorized official sends a preprogrammed or custom message, depending on the situation, to the groups he wishes to alert.

NOTIFICATION RECEPTION
Targeted groups receive the message or alert via the communication channel and the order chosen (email, SMS, phone calls, pagers, speakers).

NOTIFICATION RESPONSE
Upon receipt of the notification, each recipient can, if requested to, answer a question using the device keyboard. These answers are transmitted instantly.

REAL TIME INFORMATION
The OMNIALERT service provides a dashboard that allows a detailed oversight of the personnel available, the number of people contacted, the number of people who confirmed they are mobilizing, their expected arrival times as well as the progression of the notification. It provides detailed logs of the processing of the various communication channels by the operators (Bell, Vidéotron, Telus, Roger, etc.)
